The PERSONAL season pass is for the person to whom heli-skiing is more lifestyle than vacation. Regardless of the tier chosen, pass holders will enjoy multiple heli skiing trips during a winter and unprecedented flexibility in their trip planning. With preferential pricing and more heli skiing days per winter than the average heli skier, Season Pass holders will experience the unique benefits of personal service that comes with belonging to an exclusive group of passionate powder skiers. Front of the Line privileges enables pass holders the opportunity to start and stop their returning visits outside of our typical Saturday and Tuesday start days. This flexibility even provides the opportunity for Albertan and British Columbian heli-skiers to join for a day or two on the weekends. The Personal Season Pass is also transferable in case there are others that you would like to give the ultimate ski experience. The GROUP / CORPORATE Season pass is for companies, colleagues, friends or families that know the value of the long tradition of going skiing together. Heli-Skiing is a quality and defining experience that will make this trip ad tradition like no other. The Group/Corporate Season Pass is a simple convenience whether you are a family of four, eight College buddies, or a successful company expressing its gratitude to partners, employees and clients. The Group/Corporate Season Pass is the most flexible pass we offer, as it is transferable and overlapping. Individuals or groups of guests can use the pass, skiing on their own or together at the same time during a single visit, or different times during multiple visits throughout the season. With a Group Season Pass you can plan this winter ski trips and guests lists, as you like with whomever you like. The ski getaway will never be the same again.

Purchasing a Heli-Skiing Season Pass:

1. Choose the type of Season Pass (Bronze - Platinum). For the Personal Season Pass, choose the number of days you would like to ski.
2. Call regarding Season Pass availability.
3. In order to reserve your Pass, it must be paid in full.
4. A Pass must be purchased directly and cannot be purchased through an agent or used in conjunction with any other discounts or commissions.
5. A single purchaser must pay a Group/Corporate Season Pass in full. The purchaser will be, or must declare, a 'Designated Booker' who is authorized to book skier days.

Booking Heli-Skiing with a
Great Canadian Heli-Skiing Season Pass:

1. The Pass holder can use the skier days towards any package(s) available during the 2012 Season⁴.
   The Pass's ski days can be used during one visit or during several visits throughout the 2012 Season⁴.
2. It is recommended that you book your heli-skiing dates in advance to secure your space; however booking your space last minute is acceptable pending Availability⁵.
3. Personal Season Pass Ski Days⁶ are transferable to another skier but cannot be overlapping (only one skier day can be used on any selected calendar day).
4. Group Season Pass Ski Days⁶ are transferable to another skier and can be used in any combination of overlapping days.
5. The Group Season Pass purchaser or 'Designated Booker' will be responsible for making all bookings and is authorized to use any amount of Ski Days ³ for any person or persons.
6. Once you have made your bookings GCH cancellation policies apply.
7. All Ski Days⁶ must be used during the 2012 season. Unused skier days are non-refundable and do not retain any credit or cash value.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1TRANSFERABLE - means that the pass can be allocated, by the purchaser or designated booker, to someone other than the purchaser or name on the pass.

OVERLAPPING - means that a pass holder can utilize multiple skier days on a single calendar day i.e. two or more people heli-skiing on the same day. This is allowed for Group/Corporate passes; yet not allowed with the Personal Season Pass.

2FRONT OF THE LINE PRIVILEGES - Season Pass holders on repeat visits during the 2012 season will receive the repeat guest briefing and will be able to join the earliest heli-skiing departure available on their first day. Also if there is a waitlist for any dates during the 2012 season, season pass holders will be put to the top of the waitlist for any requested dates not reserved for group bookings.

3OPTIONAL DAY SKIING AVAILABILITY - Season Pass holders are able to apply their skier days to single day use if they have already visited GCH during the 2012 season and have completed their helicopter and transceiver briefing.

*SINGLE ROOM UPGRADE - All single room upgrades for Personal Season Pass holders are subject to availability.

52012 SEASON - This 2012 Season runs from December 28, 2011 to April 6, 2012.

6AVAILABILITY - A space must be available on the booking date requested. GCH needs a minimum of eight guests per helicopter to operate. GCH reserves the right to not make a space available if the requested space is on a date where less than a minimum of seven bookings exist or if the booking would be the 13th, 14th, or 15th booking.

7SKI DAYS - A skier day is one day of skiing during the heli-skiing season. All cancellation and refund policies apply to any skier days booked including guaranteed verticals included. If Season Pass skier days are applied to a multi-day package, for example 3 skier days for a 3-day package, all that is included in the 3-day package (incl. guaranteed vertical) will be provided to the Season Pass Holders booking. If a single skier day is used, the guaranteed vertical will be 5080 vertical meters. If longer than 6 days are used in a row the nearest combination of heli-skiing packages offered will be used (for example, 9 skier days would be the equivalent of a 6-day and 3-day package combined).

NOTE - Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
