We are fortunate to be nestled in prime helicopter skiing terrain where it snows +46ft (14m) of light, dry powder every year. Since our inception in 1988, Great Canadian Heli-Skiing has been the leader in what we coined "boutique heliskiing" by being the very first heli skiing company to heliski exclusively in small groups of 4. Further enhancing our reputation as an industry trend-setter, Great Canadian was the first to incorporate Unlimited Vertical (i.e. no extra vertical charges) into every program. Great Canadian Heli-Skiing is a member in good standing of Heli-Cat Canada, the industry regulatory body that sets standards for heli ski guiding and operations for heli skiing in Canada. In addition, we are a licensed heli skiing operator with the Province of British Columbia.
