The Aesculapian Society is an international group of conscientious health care related professionals. Organizer Dr. Ted Ritota and his wife Lisa, have been conducting heli-skiing, heli-hiking and scuba diving symposiums for Physicians, Dentists and Health Care related professionals since 1991.

Come join us for an unforgettable heli-skiing experience in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, while earning Continuing Education Credits. The trip will include 5 cat II CME credits on “Updates in Medical Practice”

2012 Trip - 4 days Heli-Skiing: March 31-April 4, 2012

→ For the time-challenged Physician:

• Arrive Calgary International Airport on 31 March 2012 for transport to the lodge - departing 2 pm from the Airport
• Buffet Dinner and Conference 7-9 pm on 31 March
• Heliski 4 day April 1-4
• Post Dinner Conference each night (April 1- 3) from 8-9 pm

Included: ALL vertical skied (i.e. no extra charges for skiing more than 100,000 ft), 4 nights double accommodation, all meals, free use of our skis/poles/snowboards/safety equipment, transfer to and from Calgary International Airport, skiing in groups of 4 per guide with 3 groups per A-Star helicopter.
• Return to Calgary on April 4th leaving the lodge at 4:30 pm arriving at the airport approximately 8:30 pm

2012 Trip - 7 nights/6 Days Heli-skiing: March 31 - April 7, 2012

• Arrive Calgary International Airport on 31 March 2012 for transport to the lodge - departing 2 pm from the Airport
• Buffet Dinner and Conference 7-9 pm on 31 March.
• Heliski 6 days April 1-6
• Post Dinner Conference each night (April 1-5) 8 - 9 pm
  Included: ALL vertical skied (i.e. no extra charges for skiing more than 100,000 ft), 7 nights double accommodation, all meals, free use of our skis/poles/snowboards/safety equipment, transfer to and from Calgary International Airport, skiing in groups of 4 per guide with 3 groups per A-Star helicopter.

At Great Canadian Heliskiing all of your skiing is included in your package price.
We guarantee 17 500 vertical meters on the 4 day trip and 30 500 vm on the 6 day trip and additional meters are free. There is the potential to ski much more than the guarantee, especially for experienced heli-skiers. The group that skied the last week in January 2009 achieved 41750 vm in 6 days! Their extra vertical at $125/1000vm would have been $1406.25 if they had skied with another company. But at GCH you never pay more to ski more.

Travel time to our lodge is only 4 hours from Calgary. The shuttle leaves at 3 pm on Saturday, so providing you can get a flight into Calgary which arrives by 2:30 pm, you do not have to spend the night prior in Calgary.
